Because each item is carefully curated and offered in limited quantities, all sales are considered final once placed. We take great care to inspect every item before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
We can exchange your item if the size or color you need is in stock. 💖
If it’s unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.
Please note you’ll be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and new item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Email hello@thatgirlshoppe.com within 3 business days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or credit to your account within 5–7 business days.
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are non-returnable:
Earrings or other pierced jewelry
Headwear or hair accessories
Gift Cards
Sale or promotional items
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
Approved refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only, unless otherwise required by law.
Store credits do not expire and can be used toward future orders at That Girl Shoppe Co.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
