Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Every order is packed and shipped with care from our California home boutique.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
If an item is on preorder or currently restocking, please allow up to 2 weeks before shipment.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: Can I make changes after placing my order?
A: Once an order is submitted, we start processing it right away. We’re unable to guarantee changes, but reach out to us at hello@thatgirlshoppe.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help!
Q: What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Don’t panic, girl — we’ve got your back (and some guidance)! 💕
Every That Girl Shoppe order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your sparkle all the way home. Once your order is marked as “Delivered,” it officially becomes the responsibility of the mail carrier (typically USPS).
If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

Double-check with family members, neighbors, or your building’s front office.

Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan early or deliver to the wrong box.

Contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can help locate it.
If your package is confirmed lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier (usually USPS Claim Support). Unfortunately, That Girl Shoppe isn’t responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they’ve been marked as delivered — but we’ll always do our best to help point you in the right direction. 💌
Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to help you with an exchange for a new size or color. 💖
Because That Girl Shoppe carries limited stock and many items are made-to-order, we can’t always guarantee the same item or color will be available — but we’ll do our best to make it right!
Please email us at hello@thatgirlshoppe.com within 7 days of your order being marked “delivered.”
Include your order number and details about the item you’d like to exchange, and we’ll get the process started for you.
